What this service will not pretend
- Priority Courier does not replace your customs broker or your legal counsel.
- Duties, VAT and destination restrictions are the importer’s unless the booking says otherwise.
- We do not publish invented country-by-country prohibition lists. Ask the desk with the destination and commodity.
Commercial file before uplift
Invoice, packing list and HS codes sit on the shipment before the first linehaul event.
Declaration as a scan
Submitted, queried, held or released — each is an event with an operator, not a slogan.
Inland on the same number
After release, road completion inherits the tracking number you already share with the consignee.
Before you book

- 02A commercial invoice that matches the piece list the courier will count.
- 03HS codes the broker can file. “Samples” without a code is not a filing.
- 04Any licences or dual-use questions raised before the booking, not at the ramp.
- 05A delivery address that can receive the goods after release — bonded hold if it cannot.

Invoices, waybills and POD share the tracking number instead of a paper chase.

On-schedule and delivery-risk panels are derived from scans and the stored ETA, not invented copy.
Questions we actually answer
Who files the declaration?
The booking names the broker. If none is named, the movement waits as a hold — it is not silently cleared.
Can I track a hold?
Yes. A customs hold is a status on the public timeline, the portal and the control tower.
