The operations control tower

A signed-in operations workspace for exceptions, statuses, customer 360, pricing, CMS and integrations. The public page explains the model; the live console stays behind authentication.

This page explains the operations product. Charts and queues inside /admin are workspace tools. They are not a public live feed of real customer freight worldwide.

Readable maps

Public tracking shows Google Maps at the last recorded scan. Geocoding uses a server key that is never printed into the page.

Honest demo writes

Pricing, CMS, scans and payments validate in fallback mode and clearly report when MySQL is required.

01 Network operations

Jordan Lee

Sets exception policy, hub cadence and the control-center record that clients already see in tracking.

02 Customer accounts

Avery Morgan

Represents the shipper view: quotes, invoices, documents and a single accountable support thread.

03 Field operations

Casey Okafor

Owns collection, temperature checks and delivery events that make the timeline true rather than decorative.
