Actual versus volumetric
Chargeable kilograms are the greater of the scale weight and length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000. A light, bulky carton pays for the space it occupies on the aircraft or the trailer.
Service base and per-kilo
Road Express, Priority Air and Economy Freight each have a base and a per-kilo rate from the published rate card. Those numbers are the same ones on /pricing.
Zone multipliers
Domestic, Europe and international multipliers apply after the transport line. They are not hidden accessorials.
Fuel surcharge
A published percentage is added last. It is shown on the estimate and, when an invoice exists, on the receipt.
Estimate versus confirmation
The public calculator is an estimate. A confirmed price is a saved quote accepted on a named account, or a written confirmation from the desk. Missing dimensions produce an optimistic number — measure the finished pack.
